In 2024, prior to departing for New Delhi, I met with Shri Ravi Shanker Goel, the Consul General of India in Medan. I attended a cultural movie screening organized as part of the CGI Medan's Educational Film Tour—a initiative designed to move beyond traditional entertainment by utilizing cinema as a dynamic vehicle for language acquisition and social empowerment. 

The featured film, English Vinglish, served as an inspirational narrative encouraging women of all ages to enhance their English language skills and build self-confidence.
