World Walls Will Fall Through The Emergence of Alien Intelligence

Two years ago, I sat down with the Indian-born rising singer and songwriter, Abhilaksh Sharma Lakshi (famously known as ASL) on the Televison of The Republic of Indonesia (TVRI) Podcast. He is currently based in Australia after spending nearly half of his ages in Indonesia. One of brilliant and talented people I have ever met, this young boy in his 20s has produced a massive number of songs during Pandemic COVID-19.
The pandemic has inspired him to awaken his hidden, latent and probably most powerful talent he has never realized. It was Covid-19 that awakened and opened his eyes.
I was always stunned seeing hidden talents awakened from the dark period, reminding me of the ancient Egypt mythology, Phoenix Rising From The Ashes. The phoenix is a mythical golden bird associated with renewal after death. Rising from the ashes, Phoenix taught people to live once again, to rise above the dust of their past life to the immortality.

Diverse discography, he creates music across multiple languages and genres, ranging from English pop and indie tracks like "Walls Will Fall" and "A Date with Life" alongside 150 songs on the waiting list. He has immense root in poetic, instrument and music derived from his Punjabi family tradition of singing and dancing together.
Despite having newest tracks on list, one of his songs stayed in the back of my mind long after we have left the conversation, put me in deep contemplation about life. It is Walls Will Fall, an English single released in September 2020. No more losing time, let me share my thoughts down below!

The Great Wall of Growth

Personal growth receives the four-edged "walls" of internal blockages in individual's life. Usually, they are:
  • The fear of putting work out there
  • The pressure to be perfect on day one
  • The laziness to dedicate self into rigorous discipline
  • Constant self-criticizing with inner thoughts
  • The fear of being missunderstood and judged, and trust me, the list could go on
Those walls prevent individual from reaching out to the world, connecting with people and living with absolute freedom.

Wall of Diplomacy—Shapes Today's Foreign Affairs

Moving to broader lens, Abhilaksh's Walls Will Fall could fall into today's foreign affairs, it seemingly applies to:

The Great Wall of First World and Third World

The contrast between rich and poor countries is sufficient enough to create The Great Wall of First World and Third World, conquering The Great Wall of China. World uses the term “Third World” as shorthand for poor nations with lower to middle income under development. By contrast, wealthier countries such as the United States and European countries are described as the “First World”. Today, according to recent World Bank reports, almost 700 million people (8.5 percent of the global population) live in extreme poverty on less than $2.15 per day.

The Wall of Sand

World populations should live with shared borders in total harmony. Current ongoing issue happens across The Wall of Sand (China's artificial islands within the South China Sea), provokes intense and crucial island borders, takes over other countries Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), clashes over with Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian nations.

Final Thoughts: How Artificial Superintelligence Forcing Human Into One Belief

Systematic religions and beliefs are the consequences of what the world faces today. The core questions are:

  • What kind of truth humanity is looking for?
  • Who is going to prove that 'proof'?
  • Or does it derive from the perception of collective mind?
That being said, why cannot the world has one belief that will unite humanity under the umbrella of truth? Science should connect the continuum dots between evidence and truth, grasping everyone sphered across the globe into one vision, one mission.
Interestingly, the rising concern of Artificial Superintelligence adds a value of increasing cooperation among people. Rep Bill Foster, US Congressman of Illinois described, "it sort of provides an opportunity to come together in ways that might only happen if we were attacked by space aliens", because this superintelligence is about to assault humanity.
Same argument also supported by Nate Soares, The Co-Author of If Anyone Builds, Everyone Dies, that said "humanity can rise to the occasion and coordinate in ways that seem impossible, even when it looks like all of the historical evidence is mounted against them".
Well, those Walls Will Fall, one day.

***

Reaching the end, but I do earnestly want to sailing across the theme. Let me close by throwing out some reflection for the end of the week.

  • Did pandemic awaken your inner talent like what Abhilakhs has experienced? If so, what it was and how it was being awaken?
  • From the above-mentioned walls, which one will be fallen first and why?
  • Do you think Artificial Superintelligence has the capability to strengthen the tie and force humans into one belief?
